A Journey to a Global Scholar Identity: An Autoethnography of Agricultural and Extension Faculty’s Experiences

چکیده
Working in the academy can be a very rewording career, but more and faculty graduate students are considering non-academic careers. Understanding career journey of academic positions working international agricultural extension education (AEE) could insightful to better understand this niche discipline informative other along their own journeys. This article explores journeys three members AEE. We used an autoethnography our stories. assistant professor, associate professor. conducted focus group then examined: (a) curriculum vitae, (b) scholarly research, (c) research statements, (d) teaching philosophies. found themes journeys: forked path, peaks valleys, navigating beyond – embrace professional identities as global scholars Recommendations ae made for AIAEE AEE scholars.
